They were only a few hours in on their road trip from Jersey back to Dillon. Despite the uncertainty, they had Six with them, the three of them now lining the front seat of Tim's truck as they headed back to Texas. It was going to be a little longer than the trip there because Jason needed regular stops, which was cool. But if it kept up like this, it was going to be a loooooong trip home. Jason had barely said two words the whole time, choosing instead to sit with his head pressed against the window and watch the scenery passing outside. He still hadn't managed to get hold of his chick and it seemed to be a huge thing for him. Tim had to reluctantly admit that maybe she was something special to his best friend.

Drastic times call for drastic measures. He cleared his throat. "Hey, Six. S looked at your ass ink when you were unconscious," he piped up calmly, not even glancing at either of them.
